Frequently asked Questions

Are your images cropped to fit standard frame sizes?

All print sizes listed are approximate and are typical for standard commercially available frame sizes. We shoot our images in a variety of film formats. Typical film dimensions are different than standard frame dimensions (5 x 7, 8 x 10, 11 x 14, and 16 x 20) and as a result require some cropping of the image to fit standard frame sizes. We will print any image in any full frame size. Contact us for pricing on special sizes.

I ordered my print today. When will I receive my print?

Please allow 7-10 days for your print to be received. To assure maximum print life and highest quality, your print is not made until you order it. Prior to printing, each image is optimized for color and exposure in Photoshop and quality-verified by the photographer to be accurate and representative of the actual conditions when the photo was taken. Once printed, the print is allowed to fully dry for 3 days prior to shipping for maximum image stability. Unless otherwise noted, all prints are shipped via USPS Priority mail, rolled in a tube. Please include your email on the order form for shipping notification.

What is your return policy?

All our prints are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. All images are guaranteed against quality defects including noticeable fading or color shifting for the life of the print. If for any reason you are not happy with the print quality, simply return the print for immediate replacement or a full refund. Please contact us for return information.

Images displayed in our prints are captured using professional film in a variety of formats as well as direct digital capture. Except for items listed as "Digitally Remastered", enhancement is limited to color correction, spotting, dodging and burning, and creative cropping intended to optimize image quality without altering the original image. Images listed as "Digitally Remastered" may be highly manipulated, composite images or electronic artistic creations loosely based on original photographs.

Unless otherwise noted, all prints will be digitally produced using the latest in digital technology. Testing has shown these digital prints to outlast standard color photographs in terms of fade resistance. Pricing shown is for digital color or black and white. Contact us for special sizes, traditional hand processing, or for additional mounting options.
